Rich Hill: Boys Youth Development Center Firestone Tire Raffle Ticket Sales / Winner is Announced ! The winner of the Rich Hill Youth Development Center raffle has been announced. The Center has hosted a fundraising raffle since early January. The community was given the opportunity to purchase a raffle ticket to enter them into a contest to win a set of Firestone Tires.
