The Bates County Sheriff’s Office has released that a registered Sex Offender has moved to Bates County from Texas.
Richard E. Argo, Jr. (DOB 7/27/1970) is a registered Sex Offender. The offense that required him to register was 2 counts of Aggravated Rape, and the offense took place on February 23, 2001 in Houma, Louisiana.
