BATES COUNTY, Mo – On 02-12-2015 Bates County Deputies responded to a theft that had occurred earlier in rural Bates County in the Rich Hill area. The victim stated that he had stolen from his property eight ten foot square beams, four thirty foot beams, one eighteen foot square beam and one semi aluminum fuel tank.
Continuation and update on the above mentioned crime:
The Bates County Detective Division arrested two suspects after a two week long investigation. The suspects were identified as John Brockmeyer DOB 06-09-1964 of Rich Hill, and Debbie Brockmeyer of Rich Hill.
Both suspects are currently in custody in the Bates County Jail on a $10,000 cash or surety bond for a Class C Felony.
