The Hickory County Sheriff’s Office has issued an Endangered SILVER
Advisory for a missing adult incident that occurred at Hermitage, MO at
5:00 PM on 12/11/2014.
The endangered SILVER advisory missing adult is:
Richard Lee Wisniewski, a white, male, age 84, hgt 6’00, 180 lbs, white
hair, blue eyes, wearing blue jeans, denim jacket and house slippers.
Unique characteristics: Tattoo of a butterfly on forearm and small flag
tattoo with initials “RLW” on the other forearm.
Diagnosed Medical Condition(s): Dementia and high blood pressure
Vehicle Information:
maroon 2001 Ford F-150 bearing MO, 7SH336 last seen westbound on US 54 near
Hermitage, MO
Brief circumstances regarding the Endangered Silver Person incident
(Include pertinent medical, mental, or other well being information)
Subject was last seen following the ambulance taking his wife to the
hospital in Bolivar, Missouri, via US 54 to Highway 83. He suffers from
early stages of dementia, has high blood pressure and is required to use a
catheter at least three times daily. He is known to carry a 22 rifle in the
vehicle with him.
Anyone seeing the missing person, suspect, associate, or vehicle, or anyone
having any information related to the endangered missing person should
immediately dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call
the Hickory County Sheriff’s Office at (417) 745-6415.
