BUTLER, MO – FM92 received several calls regarding a sign on the News X-press door stating “Sorry we’re closed”.
We spoke with Jon Peters, owner of the X-Group, the parent company of the X-Changer and News X-press and we quote, “I walked into the building Tuesday morning to find 5 ladies from the lay-out department had left without giving notice. Its mind boggling to me, I’m devastated and my heart is broken. I thought we were family.” Jon continues, “I want everyone to know the paper will be out this week. The computers are currently locked down and I am working with a professional to get them unlocked. I still have employees to take care of.”
