BATES COUNTY, Mo – Curtis Kauffman, of Butler, has been selected as a winner of $2,500 in America’s Farmers Grow Communities, sponsored by the Monsanto Fund.
This program enrolls farmers for a chance to win $2,500 which is then donated to the farmer’s non-profit choice. The program highlights the important contributions farmers make every day. Congratulations to Curtis Kauffman who has selected the Bates County Fair to receive this donation.
The check will be presented to Kauffman and representatives of the Bates County Fair Board on Wednesday, March 11th at Flaming Lantern Restaurant.
