O’Neal fled to Canada with her three children, Tabitha Davis, 11, Jasper Davis, 14 and Jordan Davis, 15 which were located unharmed six days after their abduction in Calgary, Alberta, Canada The children were returned to their father, Jamie Davis within a couple of weeks.
Sherri O’Neal, 44, and her son from another relationship, Jacob Miers, 19, took the children from their home in the 26000 block of Skyline Drive on October.
O'Neal arrived at the Cass County Jail January 4th and she is charged with one count of interference with custody. She is being held on a $30,000 bond and was scheduled to be arranged January 9th.
