Phelps County Endangered Person Advisory

PHELPS COUNTY, MO - The Phelps County Sheriff has issued an Endangered Person Advisory for a four year old girl last seen in Rolla. Cassandra Robertson may be with her mother in route to Colorado or New Mexico in a silver 2006 Nissan Quest with Missouri license plate FG2D5J.

The Phelps County Sheriff's Department has issued an Endangered Person Advisory for a missing person incident that occurred at the 11800 block of State Rd V, Rolla on 01/20/2014.

Missing Is: Cassandra Robertson a white female, age 4

Vehicle Information: Silver 2006 Nissan Quest bearing MO, FG2D5J

Possible suspects or associates are believed to be: Nikie Robertson, a white female, age 39, hgt 5'6", 145 lbs, brown hair, green eyes, wearing a black shirt and blue jeans.

The endangered missing person: Cassandra, is a white female, age 4, hgt 2'6", 40 lbs, brown hair, blue eyes, wearing a gray zippered shirt with a Hello Kitty logo.

Cassandra currently has an eye infection requiring medication. The mother, Nikie Robertson, has a history of suicidal tendencies and substance abuse. Suspect may be en route to Las Cruces, NM or Colorado via unknown routes.

Anyone seeing the missing person, suspect, associate, or vehicle, or anyone having any information related to the endangered missing person should immediately dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call the Phelps County Sheriff's Department at 573-426-3860.
