On June 21st The Bates County Sheriff’s Office will be hosting another free CCW Class for Bates County Residents only. The class starts at 8 a.m. that morning and lasts for 8 hours. You are required to shoot 50 rounds through a revolver and a semi-automatic. If you do not own these firearms, they will be available to rent from the instructor at a cost of $25.00 each. The rental fee includes the ammunition. If you would like to sign up for the class, please call Jami at 660-679-3232 or email her at 2910@batescountysheriff.com.
