Search Warrant Nets Three Arrests

HENRY COUNTY, Mo – On Friday, October 31, 2014 at approximately 11:30 p.m. Henry County Deputies conducted a traffic stop and executed a search warrant on a vehicle at Hwy O and NW 500 in rural Henry County.


The driver Brad Allen Keith, age 48, Clinton was taken into custody for 24 hour investigation of distribution of a controlled substance. During a search of Keith’s person, a large quantity of substance believed to be methamphetamine was found on him. A passenger in the vehicle, Johnathan Michael Todd, age 32 of Clinton was arrested on a Clinton Municipal warrant for property damage with a $3,500 cash only bond.


Shortly after the traffic stop, Sheriff Kent Oberkrom and Major Rob Hills executed a search warrant on a room at the USA Inn in Clinton where Brad Keith and others had been residing. Arrested on 24 hour investigation of possession of drug paraphernalia was Rebecca Jean Millward (Chick), age 48 also of Clinton. Two other persons at the motel room were not arrested. During the search of the motel room, other items of suspected drug activity were also taken as evidence in the case.
