Good Job Mr. Allen

Aaron Allen, a Physical Education Teacher at the Butler Elementary School kept his word when he jumped out of an airplane wearing a lovely red dress Saturday morning.

The children in the Butler Elementary School met the challenge of raising $10,000 for The Jump Rope for Heart / Hoops for Heart program which was co-sponsored by the American Heart Association and the American Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance (AAHPERD).

Mr. Allen trained for the jump and Saturday morning, he kept his promise.  Fm92 spoke with Mr. Allen earlier in the week and he stated this wasn’t about him, it was about the great job the kids did in meeting the challenge and raising the money for the American Heart Association and the AAHPERD. A good time was enjoyed by all.
