BATES COUNTY, Mo – On July 19th 2014 Bates County Deputies were dispatched to Rich Hill for a disturbance in progress. Once on scene, Deputies made contact with an intoxicated male and female subject. Both subjects were combative. The subjects were uncompliant to the officer’s commands. Both male and female had to be physically restrained. They were arrested and taken to the Bates County Jail.
Names will be released once charges have been filed.
