HENRY COUNTY, Mo – According to Henry County Sheriff J. Kent Oberkrom, Sheriff Deputies conducted a traffic stop at Main and Center. During the traffic stop, the driver, Shelby Terry, age 48 of Tightwad, was arrested on a 24 hour investigative hold for distribution of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).
A K-9 sniff of the vehicle was conducted by K-9 Osha with a positive alert on the driver side door of the vehicle. A subsequent search by deputies found several packets of a white substance believed to be methamphetamine. The white substance was packaged in a way that is consistent with the sale of the product.
Shelby Terry was transported to the Henry County Detention Center where he was held on a 24 hour investigative hold for possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, distribution of methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine
