Third Suspect Arrested In Connection To Nevada Robbery

VERNON COUNTY, Mo – A third suspect has been taken into custody in connection to a Nevada robbery. The Nevada Police Department has arrested 20 year old Cody Moore, from Vernon County, on warrants of Class A Felony of Robbery in the 1st Degree, Class C Felony of Assault in the 2nd Degree, and Class C Felony of Stealing.


The arrest was made in in connection to the incident on January 1st when a victim reporting he was attacked at his home, before the three suspects stole his wallet and cell phone, then fled the area.


Mr. Moore is currently being held in the Vernon County Jail. Bond was set at $100,000 cash or surety. Two Nevada teens, 18 year old Lee Parrish and 17 year old Jessie Miller, are currently being held in the Vernon County Jail in connection to this case.
