Bates County Museum ‘Show ‘n Tell’ Program, Rescheduled for March 1st

BUTLER, MO - Mother Nature has sure been busy reminding us that she is in charge.  The Bates County Museum’s Annual Meeting, and Show ‘n Tell Program, was canceled on February 1^st, due to ice and snow.   The event has been rescheduled for Saturday, March 1, 2014 at 10:00 am in Robertson Hall, located inside the Museum’s west door.  Please mark your calendars and come join us if you can.

The program is free and open to the public but the Soup/Chili Lunch will be a free will donation.   Prior to the Show ‘n Tell there will be a short Historical Society Meeting in which members will vote and the 2014 Board of Directors will be certified.  A brief overview of the coming season will be given and information about three major Museum projects will be discussed.

This annual program is a favorite of the Museum’s members and supporters.  Bring an item to share or just come to see some of the amazing things folks have at home and hear their stories.
