Breaking News: Father arrested for kidnapping of Marionville girl

Police in Aurora have arrested a father, accused of kidnapping his daughter on her way to school in Marionville Monday morning.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol arrested Andrew Smith, 46, near Oklahoma City with his daughter Danielle Smith, 11. Authorities say the girl is fine.

The girl went missing as she walked to school around 7:50 a.m. A witness told police she saw the girl try to escape the car. Police say Andrew Smith was a non-custodial parent.
