Emergency Plan

With the snow falling, and a Winter Weather Warning in effect, we take the time to prepare an emergency plan of action should the FM-92 Transmitter frequency go off the air, due to heavy ice or snow accumulation. Remember to turn your frequency to our AM side 1530; we have two radio stations that simulcast their sound. Streaming will still be available even if the transmitter frequency is off the air. As public servants we do everything in our power to provide you with important information. Fm-92 is your source for “live announcements and verbal contact” with the public from City Officials and Schools. In an extreme emergency situation, should Fm-92 employees not be able to reach the station, our source of contact will be through our streaming, website and Facebook friends.
