On March 20th, The CNET Drug Taskforce and the Bates County Sheriff’s Office concluded a several month long narcotics investigation. Extra officers had been brought in to serve arrest warrants on suspects from the investigation. Over the last few months several arrest warrants were handed down and served on suspects connected to drug activity.
On 2/13/14, Amber R Jefferies was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.
On 2/15/14, Dewayne E Boehm was arrested after a pursuit from Kansas ended in Amsterdam. Boehm was served an arrest warrant for Distribution of a Controlled substance.
On 2/28/14, Justin R Hammer was arrested on an arrest warrant for Distribution of a Controlled substance.
On 2/28/14, Ramsey Foste was arrested on an arrest warrant for Distribution of a Controlled substance.
On 3/19/14, Mark T Bruce was arrested on an arrest warrant for Distribution of a Controlled substance.
A Warrant was also issued for the following subject that is currently being incarcerated in the Department of Corrections.
Daniel Michel Allen King warrant issued for Distribution of a controlled substance.
On 3/20/14, in an attempt to conclude
Operation Spring Cleaning, Patrol Deputies and CNET Task Force Members set up a mobile command to make multiple arrests.
Owen J Raymond was arrested on an arrest warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
Nyla C Stewart was arrested on an arrest warrant for Distribution of a Controlled substance.
Glenn H Rogers was arrested on an arrest warrant for Possession of a Controlled substance.
Richard l McMahan was arrested on an arrest warrant for Distribution of a Controlled substance.
The Bates County Sheriff’s Office is still looking for the following subjects:
Dennis L Harris of Kansas City, wanted for Distribution of a Controlled substance.
Brittany E Davis of Butler, wanted for Distribution of a Controlled substance
Brian S Scrogham, 2/19/86, of Adrian, wanted for Distribution of a Controlled substance.
Jaime Murray of Cleveland wanted for Distribution of a Controlled substance.
Wayne T Preston of East Lynne, wanted for Possession of a Controlled substance
