Winner of Elks Regional Hoop Shoot

McEowen Elementary School 5th grader Kobe Norris won the Elks Regional Hoop Shoot on March 8 in Paris, Tennessee.  Kobe won the local, district, & state Hoop Shoot to qualify for the regional competition. He now moves on to the National Hoop Shoot in Springfield, Massachusetts on April 12.
