Rain & Some Storms to Remain in Our Area for the Next Few Days

A stationary boundary will remain near or across the area this afternoon into Saturday, providing several potential episodes of thunderstorms.


A few storms this afternoon and evening may be strong to severe. Chances of rain will continue into early next week as an upper level low moves into the Plains.


Today Partly sunny, with a high near 86. Southwest wind 10 to 14 mph, with gusts as high as 26 mph.


Tonight A chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after midnight. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 68. South southwest wind 6 to 13 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40%. New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.


Thursday A chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 1pm. Partly sunny, with a high near 85. Southeast wind 3 to 5 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40%. New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.


Thursday Night A chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 65. East wind around 7 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40%. New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
