The Vernon County Sheriff’s Office deputies made entry into a home in Milo, Missouri and arrested Kelly Otter. Both juveniles ran from Sheriff deputies. Haley was found a short time later and is in custody. Deputies are still searching for Christopher who ran into some nearby woods. Fm92 will continue to update this
