The Smithville Police Department has issued an Endangered SILVER Advisory
for a missing adult incident that occurred at 156 N 169 Spur, Independence,
MO at 6:30 PM on 10/15/2014.
The endangered SILVER advisory missing adult is:
George R. Deiter, a white, male, age 72, 6 feet tall, 200 lbs, gray hair,
gray eyes, wearing unknown color t-shirt with “1 month retired This is my
retirement shirt” and blue jeans.
Diagnosed Medical Condition(s): Dementia, Heart Problems, Suffered stroke

Vehicle Information:
Silver 2012 Ford Edge bearing Missouri, KL3F3X last seen in an unknown
direction from his residence.
Brief circumstances regarding the Endangered Silver Person incident:
Subject left his residence in the above vehicle and has not been heard from
since. Subject is not a valid driver. Subject has walked away from his
residence and has gotten lost in the past.
Anyone seeing the missing person, suspect, associate, or vehicle, or anyone
having any information related to the endangered missing person should
immediately dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call
the Smithville Police Department at 816-532-0500.
