VERNON COUNTY, Mo – University of Missouri Extension and Missouri Department of Conservation are teaming up to host a workshop on field dressing game.
The workshop will be held Saturday, November 8th beginning at 10am at the Vernon County Fairgrounds, Centennial Boulevard, Nevada, MO.
Scott Sudkamp, Missouri Department of Conservation, will be teaching the workshop on field dressing game such as squirrel, rabbit, doves, quail and deer.
