Need to Learn How to Use QuickBooks®?

BATES COUNTY, Mo – To teach people how they can use QuickBooks® to manage their businesses more efficiently, Kelly Dyer, Manager of Business Applications with the Small Business and Technology Development Center at the University of Central Missouri, will be offering a QuickBooks® class on November 12 from 9am – 4pm at the Bates County MU Extension Center located at 1 N. Delaware St., Butler, MO 64730, SE Corner of Courthouse.

The training being offered is designed for beginners. This hands-on class will teach participants the basics about QuickBooks®. During the class, participants will learn how to set up a company, set up a chart of accounts, navigate through QuickBooks®, write checks, enter sales correctly, enter and pay bills and much, much more. It is important for a business owner to work on their business, not just in their business. Computers and software will be provided for in-class use.

There is a modest fee of $69 for the training that will go toward covering the costs associated with conducting the class. Class size is limited to 12 people, so please register prior to the day of the training.
