Beautiful Week then Storms Possible on Thursday.

Eighties and even a few 90s this week! Wow, where did Spring go? It was only four days ago and high temperatures were stuck in the 50s. At least we won't have summer-time high humidity to deal with.

A nearly stalled east to west frontal boundary cutting through central Missouri will separate highs in the 70s to the north from near 90 readings south.

This front will lift north on Tuesday and everyone will be well into the 80s with a few locations cracking the 90 degree mark. By Wednesday night a cold front will approach from the west and rain chances will begin to increase.

Thursday is looking a bit wet as scattered showers and thunderstorms will roam the region. The threat of showers and storms will likely linger through Thursday evening. Still looks like a few of the storms on Thursday could be severe.
