Officers believe Helen Cook, 73, could be in danger because she has Alzheimer's disease and walked away from her home.
She was last seen around noon on Saturday near Walnut Grove Road in Warsaw; she was wearing jean shorts and a white T-shirt. Cook is described as being 5-feet tall and weighs about 95-pounds. She has short brown hair.
Authorities say she may be walking to her former home in Buckner, Missouri.
If you have any information on Cook's whereabouts, you are urged to call the police.
