Testing of Dial Pressure Canner Gauges
NEVADA, Mo - Tammy Roberts, Nutrition and Health Education Specialist with the University of Missouri Extension will be at the Farmer’s Market in Nevada testing canners and answering canning questions on Saturday July 27th from 8AM to 11AM.
Only the lids of the canners, with the gauge attached, need to be brought to be tested. Weighted gauges cannot be tested.
