Bates County Sheriff's Office Press Release

On 5/11/14, the Bates County Sheriff’s Office received a call about a trailer abandoned in the middle of the roadway on split road west of I49.
The trailer from was from Arkansas and belonged to a construction company. The trailer was reported stolen out of Joplin. The trailer was towed to the Sheriff’s Office secured building. The trailer was processed and returned to the owner on 5/12/14
