Update: Clinton Wal-Mart Re-opens After Bomb Threat

HENRY COUNTY, Mo – Bomb sniffing dogs from Whiteman Air Force Base were called to investigate a bomb scare inside a Clinton, Missouri Wal-Mart Monday.


Clinton police said a call was made to the store by an unknown person around 2:30pm Monday afternoon. The person allegedly said that there was an explosive inside the store.


The store re-opened shortly after 10pm Monday night. All customers and employees were evacuated. Many gathered at a church property across the street.
