BATES COUNTY,Mo – On April 24, 2015, Bates County Sheriff’s Detectives were able to apprehend the two female suspects that were involved in the armed robbery that had occurred in Rich Hill, MO the previous night.
Elizabeth Powell-Ramey (DOB 4/25/94) of Leawood, KS was charged with Robbery in the 1st Degree. Her bond was set at $75,000.00 cash only.

Sarah Starks (DOB 2/2/95) of Kansas City, MO was also charged with Robbery in the 1st Degree. Her bond was also set at $75,000.00 cash only.

The two male suspects who were involved in the armed robbery have been identified but are still at large. Charges are pending on the male suspects.
