“On My Own” Program at the Butler Senior Center

On My Own, Inc. In Home Care is an agency that provides nursing services and attendant care for all people of all ages and disabilities. This program is available to residents of Bates, Cedar, Hickory, St. Clair and Vernon Counties. There will be an information meeting on Thursday, May 15^th at 10:30 at the Butler Senior Center to find out what On My Own provides and ask any questions you might have.

Some of the services On My Own provides is weekly nursing visits; bathing, dressing and grooming. They will help set up your medications; housekeeping and laundry as well as meal preparation, shopping and errands.

The program also provides a one-time interior modification for a person in a wheelchair to have access in their own home independently. They also have a ramp program that is designed to allow a person in a wheel-chair to have access entering and exiting their home.

If you are in need of any of these services, make sure you attend the May 15^th meeting at the Butler Senior Center, beginning at 10:30.
