BATES COUNTY, Mo – What is a small town made of? It’s just made of citizens that truly care for others in their community. Such is the case with the benefit account for Rebecca Hertzog. Rebecca is fighting leukemia for the second time within the past 5 years and is desperate need of a bone marrow transplant.
Concerned friends and neighbors, and even strangers wanting to help someone in need have stepped forward and donated to the benefit account set up at the Adrian Bank in Butler. To date a little over $1,000 has been donated to the fund and every dollar will be used to help defray the overwhelming medical expenses Rebecca is facing.
If you haven’t had the opportunity to make a donation, you still have time. Take your donation to the Butler Branch of the Adrian Bank in person or mail it to:
Adrian Bank
1101 West Ft. Scott Street
Butler, MO 64730
Rebecca, along with her parents Jim and Kathy Hertzog thank everyone for their generosity.
Now Is the Time to Give
