BATES COUNTY, Mo – The Board of Directors of Adrian Bank, are pleased to announce that Jack A. Wagner was elected CEO and Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors for the bank, succeeding Gene E. Irvin, who held this office until his death in December 2014. The Irvin family has owned controlling interest in the Adrian Bank for decades and fully intends to maintain the bank as a locally owned, community bank.
In addition to Jack Wagner the Board announced Gene’s daughter Lori Haskins has been promoted to Sr. VP as well as serving alongside Jack as Co-Chairman of the Board, thus ensuring Gene’s legacy and vision for the Adrian Bank will continue on into the future.
With the succession of the newly elected CEO, Cary R. Six has been named the new President of the Adrian Bank, Alan Marr EVP, was also made Vice-Chairman of the Board. Dan Milligan was elected Executive VP, Debbie Umstattd elected Senior VP, Mary Kendrick was elected Vice-President. Rick King, Assistant VP was named Assistant Branch Manager of the Butler Branch and Kyle Pierce, Assistant Cashier was named Branch Manager of the Archie Branch.
The Board of Directors and the Irvin Family take great pleasure in congratulating a well deserving staff on their promotions, and they will strive to serve their customers and their financial needs for Bates, Cass and all the surrounding areas, just as they have done over the past 83 years.
