Deadline to file for Primary Election

You only have until Tuesday, March 25th to file for the Primary Election which will be held on August 5^th .

To date the following Bates County officials have filed for re-election: Hugh Jenkins for Bates County Prosecutor; Lucille Mundey, Bates County Recorder of Deeds; Marlene Wainscott, Bates County Clerk; Donna Gregory, Bates County Presiding Commissioner; Deborah Hopkins for Associate Circuit Judge and Diana Rich for Bates County Circuit Clerk.

Anyone wishing to file can do so in the Bates County Clerk’s office on the second floor of the Bates County Courthouse.
