On 09-02-2014 Bates County Sheriff Deputies responded to a residence located in Amsterdam, Missouri in reference to female possibly being held against her will. Once on the scene Deputies made contact with the female victim. During this encounter Deputies located multiple drug related items in the residence.
Deputies then secured the residence and applied for a search warrant. Once the deputies obtained the search warrant it was executed on the residence. Deputies located throughout the residence Methamphetamine, Drug paraphernalia, and multiple guns. These items were collected and processed as evidence.
Suspect Jeffrey W Frost DOB 01-03-1975 of Amsterdam was arrested and charged with Felony Possession of a controlled substance a Class C Felony. Unlawful use of drug paraphernalia a Class A Misdemeanor. His bond was set at $12,500 cash or surety.
